This is one of three paintings that I did that were inspired by the tiny ballfield in Miesville, Minnesota. This park had a "Field of Dreams" quality to it, right down to the corn growing beyond the outfield fences. "Jack Ruhr" Field as it is known to the locals has undergone a number of changes since this painting was completed including the addition of lights.
